1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the General Terms) are an integral part of the Package Travel Agreement (hereinafter: the Agreement) concluded between the Agency as the travel organizer and the Travel Contractor (hereinafter: the Contractor). The Travel Program (hereinafter: the Travel Program) is also an integral part of the Agreement.

In the event of discrepancies between the Agreement, the Travel Program, and/or Special Terms and Conditions, the following order of application shall apply:

• The Agreement

• The Travel Program

• Special Terms and Conditions

• General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms apply only to package tours where the Agency is the organizer. They do not apply when the Agency acts as an intermediary and/or sells services provided by other travel agencies.

2. Definitions and Interpretation of Basic Terms

Law: Act on the Provision of Tourism Services (OG 130/17, 25/19, 98/19, 42/20, 70/21)
Travel Program: A document containing pre-contractual information about the package tour.
Contractor: A person who enters into the Agreement for their own benefit and/or for the benefit of other Travelers.
Traveler: A person who is entitled to travel based on the signed Agreement.

3. Travel Program

The Agency guarantees the execution of the Travel Program as described in the published itinerary. However, changes may occur due to extraordinary circumstances such as war, strikes, weather conditions, and other factors beyond the Agency’s control.

4. Booking and Contract Conclusion

Bookings can be made via the website, e-mail, or telephone. The Contractor is required to provide accurate information and submit the necessary documents. The Agreement is considered concluded upon advance payment.

5. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer to the Agency’s business account. Transaction fees are covered by the Contractor.

6. Price and Package Content

The price includes only the services specified in the Travel Program under the section “Package Price Includes”. Additional services, insurance, visas, and special requests are charged separately.

7. Classification and Service Standards

Accommodation and transport services are determined according to the official categorization of the destination. The Agency is not responsible for standard differences between countries.

8. Additional and Special Services

Optional excursions, special accommodation requests, and other additional services are charged separately and must be booked in advance.

9. Contract Transfer

The Contractor may transfer the Agreement to another Traveler by notifying the Agency no later than 15 days before the trip.

10. Amendments to the Agreement or Travel Program

The Agency may make minor changes to the Travel Program. In the case of significant changes, the Contractor may terminate the Agreement without penalty.

11. Termination by the Contractor

In the event of trip cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 30 days before departure: 40% of the total price

• 29 to 22 days before departure: 50% of the total price

• 21 to 15 days before departure: 80% of the total price

• 14 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the total price

In the case of a “no show”, 100% of the package price is charged.

12. Termination by the Agency

The Agency may terminate the Agreement in case of insufficient bookings or extraordinary circumstances.

13. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Agency

The Agency is responsible for the proper delivery of all services listed in the Travel Program, except in the case of extraordinary circumstances.

14. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Contractor and Travelers

The Contractor must provide accurate information and valid travel documents, and inform all Travelers included in the booking about the travel conditions.
